This yoga class will keep your body & heart open! This class focuses on gentle stretching in the hips, lower back, & shoulder.
You can use two blocks during the crescent hip opener series. If you don't have blocks, feel free to get creative with books/paper towels/etc, or just use your own body weight.
The class ends with a meditative full-body gratitude practice that will leave you feeling connected more deeply to your physical body & your heart.
