In this meditation, we will train the mind to be present with the power of your breath. It's perfectly okay to experience thoughts, distractions, or resistance during meditation! Notice what presents itself as you breathe. The intention of this meditation is to train your body/mind to bring awareness and presence to your breath; which may occur in conjunction with whatever else is happening in your internal or external environment.
